Rhea Karnick is a Sophomore at Waukesha South High School and plays flute/Piccolo in her school marching band and pit orchestra. Rhea recently participated in the virtual State Honors Band project. She has performed in many concerts with pianist Ellen Figueira.
She is a member of the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra and UWM-Youth Wind Ensemble. Her private flute teachers include Emma Koi and Julia Richter.
She studies Tabla-East Indian Percussion from her guru Trilochan Kampli. She performed her first solo on Aug. 3rd, 2018 in India.
Rhea is a martial arts student at J.K. Lee Blackbelt Academy and presently holds a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
