Cello-bration! Call for Artists
The Wisconsin Philharmonic seeks six talented Waukesha County artists to participate in Cello-bration!, an exciting public art initiative celebrating creativity, music, and community. Selected artists will receive a full-size cello to transform into an original work of art. Looking for imaginative designs to celebrate the beauty and spirit of music. Completed cellos will be exhibited and auctioned, with all proceeds benefiting the Wisconsin Philharmonic’s concerts, educational programs, and community outreach. Artists will be highlighted through Wisconsin Philharmonic events and social media.
Important Dates:
Application Deadline: August 14, 2026
Cellos Distributed: By August 20, 2026
Completed Cello Due: September 20, 2026
